Refund & Returns Policy

At Sydney Mirrors, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to ensuring that you love every mirror you purchase from us. Please review our policy below for details regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

7-Day Return Policy - Change of mind

You may return your mirror within 7 days from the date of collection or receipt. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Store Credit: We will issue a store credit voucher valid for 12 months, giving you ample time to select your ideal replacement.
  • Condition Requirements: The item must be unused, in its packaging, and accompanied by your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you are responsible for returning the mirror in its original packaging. Should you require a collection service, an additional charge will apply.

To initiate a return request or for further assistance, please email us at sydneymirrors@gmail.com with your name, order number, pictures and a brief description of your inquiry.

Breakage & Damage

  • Delivery Issues: If your mirror arrives damaged, broken or faulty, we will arrange a prompt exchange. Please note that damage or breakage reported after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Self-Transport: Should you choose to transport your mirror yourself, it is your responsibility to inspect the item prior to departure. Sydney Mirrors cannot be held liable for any breakage, damage, or warping of the glass incurred during self-transport.
  • Deliveries Outside Recommended Zones: If a customer elects to proceed with delivery outside of Sydney Mirrors recommended delivery zones, the order will be dispatched via a third-party courier service rather than our direct point-to-point delivery service. In such cases, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Sydney Mirrors will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that may occur during transit. The risks associated with non-zone deliveries are explained and accepted by the customer prior to dispatch.

Please note that mirrors are fragile items & recommended to be transported flat or straight. Our door-to-door delivery service is designed to safely handle these large, heavy, and delicate products.

Pre-Order & Non-Collected Item Return Policy

Cancellations of pre-order items or orders that are not collected are considered change-of-mind requests. A store credit will be issued, less any applicable restocking, storage, or administration fees

Order Cancellation & Returns

A non-negotiable restocking fee of 15% of the return item's value will be applied once the collection or delivery process has been initiated. This fee covers processing costs—including credit card and merchant fees—as well as handling and preparation expenses.

Warehouse Collections

We offer warehouse storage for mirrors for up to two weekends from the purchase date, unless extended by written approval from our team. Please be aware that a storage fee will apply for orders not collected within this timeframe. Any uncollected orders will be returned to our inventory for resale.

  • Usage: Our mirrors are designed for indoor use only, unless otherwise specified. Use of the mirrors in outdoor environments is at the customer’s risk, and Sydney Mirrors is not responsible for any damage caused by exposure to wind or weather conditions.
  • Mirror installation: Sydney Mirrors is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper handling or installation of mirrors after collection or delivery. We strongly recommend using our professional installation team.

    All mirrors must be securely mounted using two appropriate screws or hooks fixed into suitable wall supports. Chain, rope, wire, or other hanging methods must not be used. Failure to follow proper installation methods or safety guidance may result in damage or injury, for which Sydney Mirrors cannot be held responsible.
