- Service Area: We ship within Australia.
- Shipping Costs: All fees will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing & Shipment
- We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Sydney Metro: within: 7 Business days
Outside Sydney Metro within NSW: 7 to 14 days Business days
Interstate: 7 to 21days Business days
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If any delays or issues occur, we will notify you promptly.
Pre-Order Products
- Estimated Dates: Delivery dates for pre-order items are estimates and may change.
- Notifications: We will contact you if there are any changes to your pre-order delivery dates.
- Combined Shipments: If you order a pre-order item with a regular item, all products will ship together when the pre-order item is ready.
Recommended Delivery Partners & Point-to-Point Service
- We work with trusted courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Delivery Details:
- A single delivery person will bring your mirror from our warehouse to your front door.
- If extra help is needed (e.g., for large items), please be available to assist.
- Our service includes door-to-door delivery only—it does not cover placement in specific rooms or carrying items upstairs
Delivery & Installation (Sydney Only & ACT)
- Professional Service: Our professional delivery and installation service includes one installer, unless otherwise noted.
- Liability: Sydney Mirrors is not responsible for any damage or injuries resulting from self-installation or using a third party.
- Inspection: Please inspect your mirror upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
- Warranty Note: Self-installation or using a non-recommended installer may void your warranty.
Customer Assistance & Liability
- For Large Mirrors: If your mirror requires extra hands for unloading or moving, customer assistance is expected.
- Insurance: Once you help with handling, our public liability insurance will not cover any damages to your property or the item.
Parking, Access & Rescheduling
- Parking: Ensure there is enough space near your delivery/installation address for our truck/van.
- Access: Provide clear access for our delivery team to unload your mirror.
- Rescheduling: If unforeseen obstacles (not caused by us) prevent delivery/installation, the service will be rescheduled. A fee equal to the original delivery charge may apply for the rescheduled service.
Shipment Tracking & Issues
- Tracking: When available, we will provide a tracking number or link.
- Damages & Losses: Report any shipping damage within 24 hours (with photos or videos) and notify us immediately if a shipment is lost.
Address Verification & Failed Deliveries
- Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact phone number are correct.
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is made and is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unable to accept the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Damaged Items & Transit Damage Policy
- Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours with supporting evidence.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, options may include self-repair guidance, a store credit/refund, replacement, or arranging a return (with return shipping costs covered by us).

Self-Transport: Should you choose to transport your mirror yourself, it is your responsibility to inspect the item prior to departure. Sydney Mirrors cannot be held liable for any breakage, damage, or warping of the glass incurred during self-transport.
- Deliveries Outside Recommended Zones: If a customer elects to proceed with delivery outside of Sydney Mirrors’ recommended delivery zones, the order will be dispatched via a third-party courier service rather than our direct point-to-point delivery service. In such cases, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Sydney Mirrors will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or breakage that may occur during transit. The risks associated with non-zone deliveries are explained and accepted by the customer prior to dispatch.
Please note that mirrors are fragile items & recommended to transport flat or straight. Our door-to-door delivery service is designed to safely handle these large, heavy, and delicate products.
Pick-Up Orders
- Order Placement: Pick-up orders must be made via our website or by contacting customer service.
- Collection Timeframe: Please collect your order within two weekends from the purchase date. Late pick-ups may incur fees, and uncollected orders may be added back to the inventory for resell.
- At Pick-Up: Bring your order confirmation and inspect your item for any damage before leaving.
- Transport: We recommend transporting items flat or straight to minimise damages.
