Each mirror is secured with protective corner guards, reinforced boxing, and cushioning to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
We take extra care to ensure your mirror arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Our products are crafted using a range of premium materials selected for both durability and aesthetic appeal. We work exclusively with trusted, vetted suppliers, and every item undergoes strict quality checks before being made available for sale.

Yes, in 99% of cases our products look exactly the same in person as they do online. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, display settings, and brightness.
If you’d like to see the mirrors before purchasing, you’re always welcome to visit our Sydney Mirrors warehouse showroom to view the stock in person.

Yes, most of our mirrors can be hung on the wall or leaned against it. Every mirror comes ready to hang, with the fittings already attached to the back.
Full-length and floor mirrors are popular for leaning, while round and decorative mirrors usually look best hung. If you're leaning a large mirror, we recommend securing it to the wall with an anti-tip strap, especially if you have kids or pets. If you'd rather not hang it yourself, our installation service can do it for you.

Yes, our product dimensions are accurate. We measure each product with precision and list the dimensions on the product page.

Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of our mirrors, delivery is not free.
We use a specialised delivery team experienced in transporting large, delicate items to ensure your mirror arrives safely and in perfect condition. This level of care and handling requires dedicated logistics, which is reflected in the delivery cost.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Large mirrors are heavy, fragile and awkward to move. Professional delivery gets yours from our warehouse into your home in one piece, without you having to squeeze it into a car or carry it up the stairs.
Most of the damage we hear about happens on the way home. A big mirror laid flat in a car boot or ute can flex over a bump and crack, and full-length and oversized pieces often won't fit in a standard car at all. Our delivery team has been moving our mirrors around Sydney for over six years. They know how to load, secure and carry heavy glass so it arrives intact.
It's a door-to-door service, so the mirror comes inside your home, not just to the kerb. Sydney metro orders generally arrive within 7 days. The delivery cost depends on your suburb and is shown at checkout. If you'd like it hung on the wall as well, you can choose our delivery and installation package.

Although rare, if your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage, a small description and your order number to sydneymirrors@gmail.com
We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can advise your Sydney Mirrors representative of a safe place to leave your order. Our team will provide a contact number prior to delivery so arrangements can be made.
If there is no safe location available, we can reschedule the delivery for the next available delivery run, provided you notify us in advance.
If our delivery team arrives and no one is home and no prior arrangements have been made, a redelivery fee may apply.

Yes. All orders are handled by our specialised mirror delivery team, experienced in transporting large and fragile items.
Each mirror is carefully packaged and protected to minimise the risk of damage during transit. While damage is extremely rare, we self-insure the deliveries our team handle.
Our goal is to make sure your mirror arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Yes. We offer a door-to-door delivery service, meaning your Sydney Mirrors delivery driver will carry your mirror from our vehicle directly into your home.
On arrival, the driver will quickly assess access points such as stairs, doorways, and tight spaces to ensure the delivery can be completed safely. If additional assistance is required to safely move the mirror inside, the driver may request help at the time of delivery.

For Sydney deliveries, tracking is available once your mirror is out for delivery. You will receive a text message with a live tracking link, which includes an estimated delivery window and a map showing the driver’s location relative to your address. We aim to keep the process as transparent as possible.
For deliveries outside of Sydney, live tracking is not currently available. However, our delivery team will contact you approximately 24–48 hours prior to delivery to provide further details and confirm the delivery schedule.

At this stage, we don’t offer the ability to select a specific delivery date or time slot.
However, our team will always do their best to accommodate requests where possible. Rest assured that we prioritise clear communication and will keep you fully informed with updates regarding your delivery.
