Most of the damage we hear about happens on the way home. A big mirror laid flat in a car boot or ute can flex over a bump and crack, and full-length and oversized pieces often won't fit in a standard car at all. Our delivery team has been moving our mirrors around Sydney for over six years. They know how to load, secure and carry heavy glass so it arrives intact.
It's a door-to-door service, so the mirror comes inside your home, not just to the kerb. Sydney metro orders generally arrive within 7 days. The delivery cost depends on your suburb and is shown at checkout. If you'd like it hung on the wall as well, you can choose our delivery and installation package.

Although rare, if your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage, a small description and your order number to sydneymirrors@gmail.com

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can advise your Sydney Mirrors representative of a safe place to leave your order. Our team will provide a contact number prior to delivery so arrangements can be made.
If there is no safe location available, we can reschedule the delivery for the next available delivery run, provided you notify us in advance.

On arrival, the driver will quickly assess access points such as stairs, doorways, and tight spaces to ensure the delivery can be completed safely. If additional assistance is required to safely move the mirror inside, the driver may request help at the time of delivery.

For Sydney deliveries, tracking is available once your mirror is out for delivery. You will receive a text message with a live tracking link, which includes an estimated delivery window and a map showing the driver’s location relative to your address. We aim to keep the process as transparent as possible.
For deliveries outside of Sydney, live tracking is not currently available. However, our delivery team will contact you approximately 24–48 hours prior to delivery to provide further details and confirm the delivery schedule.
